How does the coffee subscription work?

Our coffee subscription service allows you to receive your favourite coffee on a regular basis without the hassle of placing an order each time.  You choose the coffee you love, the frequency of delivery and your coffee will arrive at your doorstep automatically.

How do I skip or pause my subscription temporarily?

Can I change my subscription address?

Yes, you can update your subscription address in your account settings. Please make the changes before your next scheduled shipment to ensure your coffee is delivered to the correct location.

What happens if my payment method changes or expires?

If your payment method changes or expires, please update your payment information in your account settings to ensure uninterrupted service.  Failure to update your payment details may result in a delay or cancellation of your subscription.
